This 4-week challenge will focus on Clean Eating by eliminating “the Big 4”: Grains, Dairy, Vegetable Oils, and Refined Sugar from our diets. These foods are often the main causes of inflammation and generally consist of more processed, empty calories.
But no deprivation involved! Instead we’re going to nourish our bodies with plenty of healthy, whole foods that will keep us fueled and energized.
We’re going to provide you with step-by-step meal plans and delicious recipes to help you stay on track, and there will be separate options for “carb lovers” and “fat lovers”. Not sure which one you are? We’ll help you figure it out!
In addition to the nutrition plan, we’ll also spend the 4 weeks helping you learn how to best care for yourself and what YOU need in order to be successful (hint: it’s not the same for everyone.)
At the end of the challenge, you’ll have new skills and tools to better prepare for the months ahead, and ensure that you’re making 2020 your best year yet.
